8V RS3 – TTE625 Stage 3 –
We recently took a trip to Adelaide to custom tune an RS3 with a TTE625 Big Turbo. Our friends at Morpowa Auto & Dyno Centre did a excellent job as always installing all the hardware and organising custom pipe work for the TTE625 Big Turbo.
We were able to get 1 clear run with the factory software and big turbo before it hit the factory overboost limit. It made 239kw at the wheels with all the hardware installed.
As we head into unknown territory and with engine safety the highest priority it was important to make sure boost and torque control were carefully calibrated. We were able to make a consistent 323kw at the wheels run after run on pump 98.
We also calibrated the DQ500 DSG to suit.
We look forward to seeing this out at the track and soon to be running on e85.
This is 1 seriously fast car. 🚀
